Enterprise Deployment

Private, Single-Tenant Deployment

Single-tenant isolation, your way. Run a managed private instance inside TestCollab's cloud, or self-host TestCollab in your own AWS account so data never leaves your boundary. Either way you get full isolation, and our ongoing management of updates and patching is available as an option, not a requirement. Available on AWS today.

Key advantages

What teams get with Private Deployment

Single-Tenant Isolation

Your own dedicated instance and database, run inside TestCollab's cloud or self-hosted in your own AWS account. Complete data isolation, no shared tenancy, no noisy neighbors.

Updates on Your Terms

Choose how updates work for your instance. Opt into managed updates and we handle patching and version upgrades for you, so security hotfixes roll out without you lifting a finger, or keep full control and apply them on your own schedule when you self-host in your own AWS account. Either way, you decide.

Enterprise Compliance

Everything your security review needs: SOC 2 Type II report, DPA, subprocessor list, and security documentation, available under NDA. Plus your choice of EU (Frankfurt) or US data residency for the instance itself.

Deployment Options

Deployment Options

Two ways to run a private, single-tenant TestCollab, with optional management, plus an honest note on where it runs today.

Managed Single-Tenant in Our Cloud

We run a dedicated, single-tenant TestCollab instance for you inside TestCollab's own cloud and VPC. No shared database and no noisy neighbors, and we handle hosting, high availability, backups, and version upgrades so your team has nothing to operate.

Self-Host in Your Own AWS Account

Deploy TestCollab inside your own AWS account, under your VPC, your IAM, and your security controls, so application data never leaves your boundary. You own and control the environment end to end, and TestCollab's management of updates and patching is available as an option if you want it, or you can run upgrades entirely on your own schedule.

One Honest Note: AWS-Only Today

The self-host option currently runs on AWS, so it lives in your AWS account, not on arbitrary clouds or on-prem hypervisors. We do not yet ship vendor-agnostic, download-and-run-anywhere binaries for other public clouds or bare-metal on-prem. If AWS is your platform, you are set. Need Linux on-prem or a different cloud? Tell us what you need via the contact form and mention self-hosted: we are scoping a vendor-agnostic Linux distribution and prioritize it by committed demand.

Security Policy

Isolation and Update Policy

How we keep every single-tenant instance isolated and current.

Isolated Single-Tenant Environment

Every private deployment is fully isolated, whether it runs as a dedicated instance and database in our cloud or self-hosted inside your own AWS account. You also choose where it runs: deploy in the EU (Frankfurt) or the US (N. Virginia), so data stays in the region your compliance team requires. Your data is never co-mingled with other customers, which helps satisfy strict data residency, segregation, and compliance requirements.

Managed Updates, Opt In

Choose managed updates and we apply security hotfixes and version upgrades for you, typically within 24 hours of a security release. Prefer to control the schedule? Self-host in your own AWS account and run patches on your own timeline. The choice is yours.

FAQ

Answers teams look for

Do you support bare-metal or Linux on-prem deployment?

Not today. The self-host option runs in your own AWS account, under your VPC, IAM, and security controls, so there is no bare-metal or vendor-agnostic Linux package yet. We are scoping a vendor-agnostic Linux distribution and prioritize it by committed demand: if you need it, tell us via the contact form and mention self-hosted.

Which clouds are supported?

AWS is the only supported cloud for self-hosting today. If you do not want to operate anything yourself, we can also run a managed single-tenant instance for you inside TestCollab's own cloud. Other public clouds are not supported yet: if you need one, tell us via the contact form so we can factor it into the roadmap.

Who handles updates and patching?

Your choice. Opt into managed updates and we apply security hotfixes and version upgrades for you, typically within 24 hours of a security release. Or self-host in your own AWS account and run patches entirely on your own schedule.

Where does my data reside?

In the region you choose at deploy time: EU (Frankfurt) or US (N. Virginia). Every private deployment is single-tenant, so your data lives in its own isolated instance and database and is never co-mingled with other customers.
