TestCollab is SOC 2 Type II certified.
Deleted test cases and suites first move to the project's Trash, where a company Administrator can restore them at no charge for 60 days.
If you suspect data loss, contact support. Recovery for data loss caused by TestCollab is provided at no charge. For accidental customer-side deletion, a one-time $200 system administrator recovery fee applies when recovery is available.
