TestCollab protects interactions with the application and API over HTTPS. We also maintain layered, automated backups of application databases: operational backups every 4 hours, plus separate daily and monthly backup layers. Learn more in our data backup policy.
The Enterprise plan also includes a self-service export of the company's data in SQL format. This export is separate from the automated service backups described above.
The option is available for the super administrator of the company.
